We began talking about our goals and wrote our goals and plans in class. if you need extra time to think and write about your goals please take some quiet time over the weekend to reflect on that and complete the handout I gave you.
Over the weekend you have no assigned homework but if you would like to work on the pages you have not finished i encourage you to do so. Also remember to do random act of kindness when you see an opportunity arise. It can be as simple as a smile or helping with a chore or encouraging words.
Thank you to everyone who shared your thoughts in class today.
Please stay organized, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, move your body, sleep 8 hours per night , have an attitude of gratitude and stay positive!
