We talked about random acts of kindness you generated lots of wonderful ideas for doing kind acts and most did not cost anything just shifted our attitudes.
Remember to write a list on page 7 and then mark your calendar every time you do an act of kindness.
The second half of class was talking about living a healthy lifestyle. There are many things we can do to stay healthy, I listed a ffe key points. Here they are if your were absent take the following notes on page 8.

Healthy Relationships
- Be Kind
- Choose friends that will encourage and support you
- Choose friends who love you and will help you make good choices because they care about you!
Eat Foods that Strengthen you
- Prepare foods at home
- eat fruits and vegetables
- eat 3 small meals and 2 healthy snacks per day
- Drink Lots of Water
- Read labels- avoid labels with too many ingredients
Sleep is Important
- get at least 8 hours of sleep per night
Exercise
- at least 30 minutes a day
- find something you enjoy that makes you move your body!
Smile, Laugh, Play
